HOME FIRES MISTS LIFEBLOOD SPOKES
Michelle found herself in a position she could never have predicted: delivering twin Get of Fenris cubs..
Walks-Thru-Fire turns to look at Helen, ~Look at me. Breathe. You are doing fine.~ Michelle doesn't understand the words. As the contraction eases, she says softly "Now, breathe normally. Deeply. Fill your lungs as best you can." Valentine arrives from the north. Rakes-Steel looks up, rock in teeth, and begins panting faster, her body tensing and coiling much, much more rapidly now, kind of like a fan warming up. Inhale. deeeep. She does, and her chest grows to nearly twice its normal size, held a moment before released with very deliberate slowness. Valentine walks back from the firepit area, still rubbing his gut Walks-Thru-Fire nods once, ~Good.~ You say, "Relax and untense your body, Rhya, before the next wave." Valentine leans back against a tree and watches the birth, he looks pissed though Rakes-Steel does as Michelle instructs, gripping the other Crinos, remarking ~YOu..~ Breathe. Relax. SCREAM. Breathe relax. SCREAM.. ~Baptism..?~ Breathe. Relax. SCREMSCREAM. Whoa boy. We're getting close. Something slimy, round, and very insistant seems to be trying to exit Helen's cervix. Walks-Thru-Fire winces, ~I do not know the rite. I'm a bloody mule.~ You say, "Rhya, you are at ten centimeters. If you want to push..." she grabs up a blanket "I will be ready." Rakes-Steel gives Randal a look that suggests he's going to be BLOODY if he keeps it up. "fire..." She manages to choke out in English between the usual gamut of shrieking, grunting, panting, writhing, and the very odd and intense *SQUEEZE* of muscles even she likely never knew she had. Walks-Thru-Fire doesn't care if he's going to be bloody. He can heal himself up. He keeps muttering encouragement. You say, "I feel hair, Rhya. One or two more like that..." Rakes-Steel flings the male away, gorwling again, "FIRE!" As she grips her bent legs, by the ankles, and gives a massive strain of her body, collapsing to a few quick, panting breaths as she is now glossy with her own exerteion. Walks-Thru-Fire is flung into the trees, though he quickly recovers. You say, "The burning is crowning. Once more, but as GENTLY as you can, so you stretch and don't tear." Michelle readies the blanket, watching the baby's head. She adds, as incentive "And the baby is blonde..." Rakes-Steel goes a bit gentler, -pleading- with randal now, "Fiiiiire...." as she grips her ankles, though it's VERY obvious she'd prefer get that thing out of there just as quick as possible. And with a final grunt and roar of effort, Baby Helen, a boy, pops right out. Right in front of his twin brother or sister. Valentine mumbles to himself and wanders off. Valentine heads north. Valentine arrives from the north. You say, "Val!" Valentine walks in with a log from the firepit, one end burning like a torch. Valentine says, "What.." Michelle looks up and smiles. "Ahhhh...that's exactly it. Rhya, your firstborn son. And..." she wraps the baby firmly, then waits for the contraction to finish. Michelle nods to Val. Whatever it was, he did it right. Walks-Thru-Fire shakes his head slightly, and shifts back to Homid. Valentine walks over to pass the torch, so to speak, to whoever wants it. Randal stays at the back now, watching quietly. You say, "Randal-Rhya. I would take my birthform back, if I were you. She has only birthed one of the two." Randal raises a brow, says nothing. Michelle checks. "Yes. The other is on the cervix, but the cervix is back to seven." Rakes-Steel grips her ankles again, a thick blackish-pink tongue going out to lick the slick little ball of olive loaf that is her first son, whuffing and wincing as Baby Two does its thing and tries for freedom as well. Michelle is still holding a rather bouncing baby boy, but one-handed grabs a blanket and is going to try to catch baby two. Randal looks to Helen, "Mind if I examine the child?" Valentine plops the torch down somewhere, and adds kindling to it to make a small fire. Valentine moves back to his tree, and leans against it, corrsing his arms over his body Rakes-Steel is nods fiercely at Randal, remarking between tiny, panting breaths, ~NO... do.. man touch man. Man not touch..~ She then shrieks as Baby Two makes a head pass down the birth canal, "WO-MAN!" That last two syllables in English. Valentine smirks Randal keeps silent then, remaining where he is. You say, "It's crowning, Rhya. Val! Hold the boy." Valentine says, "I can't." Randal walks over, shaking his head, and picks up the baby boy. Michelle does the best she can, then. "Push GENTLY, Rhya.." Valentine shrugs at Randal.. Better him getting his nuts ripped off than him for ignoring the wishes of the mother. Michelle gives Randal a semi-grateful look and gets ready to catch another blonde kid. Rakes-Steel does the GENTLE thing again, growling in effort and strain, whimpering in the onset of exhaustion and doing her best to follow order from Michelle and looking very, very miserable. Michelle eases the head out, and the shoulders follow on the towheaded infant. You say, "This may hurt, Rhya, please don't kill me, but I need to check to be sure twins is all you're having." Rakes-Steel fiercely nods her head once, commenting to Michelle once Baby Boy Two is out, ".. DO.. It..." As she moves her claws, gone silver and looking oh-so-sharp, to bury them into the oak tree behind her. Bracing. Michelle tries to be gentle as she checks the cervix, then belly. "You only have to deliver the placenta now, Rhya. ANd you have a lovely boy, and..." she checks the sex of the second infant. Randal waits until everything is over. he looks at the boy in his arms, and grimices. Michelle corrects "Two lovely boys. Do you want to hold them now?" Rakes-Steel tenses, growling as she clenches a bit softer now, the pain apparently receeding somewhat as she seems to goa bit slack in exhaustion. Michelle adds gently "You may want to go to your birthform so they may nurse." Rakes-Steel shakes her head, reching for the first boy while giving Randal a chance to examine the second, gripping the boy gently in her hands which are almst as big as the baby himself is. And she begins to clean, fitfully, slooowly relaxing somewhat. Valentine gives a last look over the scene.. He shakes his head a bit, and starts for the bawn. Randal takes the second child in his arms, carefully examining him, sighing slightly. Rakes-Steel shifts to her Homid form. First baby boy yowls fretfully. It's COLD darnit, and Mom's tongue is warm but still! Not like inside! Second boy hears and adds his healthy yell to the mix. Valentine disappears into the fog toward the south. Michelle relaxes, looking ruefully at her bloody arms. Then she slips away to follow Val. You head south. Thicket Fog.... lots of Fog. The mountainsides above the valley collect the solar radiation and essentially focus it into the valley here. The runoff from rainstorms begins to evaporate but doesn't get blown away as no wind reaches this deep in the valley, so the end result is an almost constant pea-soup fog. Little light penetrates this far down in the shrouded valley, even at high noon the best that can be managed is a late-evening glimmer. The ground itself is spongy beneath your feet, and the trees here are wet, covered with mosses and lichens. Contents: Valentine Obvious exits: You say, "Hey..." Valentine glances back. "Hrm." Michelle says softly "Hold me?" Valentine walks over and gives you a hug.. "Dont you have cubs to go care for?" You say, "Not my cubs. OUR cub is at home. And I need a hug...I thought she'd kill me." Valentine shakes his head.. "She wouldn't have. Your female." You say, "I didn't say she'd mean to." Michelle burrows into your arms. Valentine holds you a bit more.. "She was lucky yo have you there. Why dont you go back and make sure they dont need anything..more blankets, or food, or whatnot." You say, "Stay?" Valentine says, "I need to go check on Mandy, and if I stay I am going to deck Randal." Valentine says, "I'll be back." You say, "All right. Bring the car back in a while, though?" Valentine says, "Of course.." Valentine says, "In fact, I may just walk." Michelle kisses you, with unexpected warmth. "See you in two days..." Valentine chuckles.. Valentine says, "I'll see ya." Michelle leans up and whispers in your ear "I love you." Then she turns and makes her way back to the clearing. Valentine continues walking down the path "I love you too." You walk along the valley floor, eventually the brush thins out, followed soon by the fog, leaving you in an..... Oak Grove(#7978RAIJU) Night in the Grove is an entirely different experience. Generally speaking, unless a fire is present to keep the area warm, the entire grove becomes enshrouded in the thick fogs that keep it protected during the day. Strangley enough however, the fog is non-existant over your head. It leaves the beautiful night sky spread before you, the dozens of pinholes in the veil of night shining with extraordinairy clarity. In the summer, the sounds of frogs from the nearby stream and crickets from the thicker woods fill the air. In the winter, the silence that falls over the clearing can seem to be painfully louder than anything the summer brings. It is chilly (11 degrees Celcius), and clear skies. There is a gentle breeze blowing from the north-east. The Grove is dark and it is a Waxing Crescent moon. Contents: Randal Helen Gnarled Oak Tree Helen slides back down to a seated position, nodding gratefully, covering her nakedness and nude cubs against the cold with a left behind blanket, "Thank you." This is likely the calmest, most subdued, and most genuinely, even if dotingly, feminine anyone's ever seen her. Michelle returns and crosses to Helen, kneeling. "You aren't bleeding too much." Randal sheathes his sword onto the scabbard on his back. He walks over to Helen, and concentrates for a moment, letting water trickle from his fingertips. Useful gift. Helen shakes her head, looking up at Michelle gratefully, the powerhouse of a babushka nursing her tow rather sated (for the moment) and calm sons. "Thank you, Michelle Bonmot. The Get will be grateful of your assistance. As am I." Michelle smiles. "I'm a mother too. I know something of what you felt. And," and her voice holds conviction, "They're absolutely beautiful." Randal asks, "Anything else?" Helen announces quite thoughtfully, with a voice of conviction, "Fine every Garou and Kinfolk awake and within the Bawn. Bring them for the Baptism of my sons, please, yuf?" A request, that, as if asking a favor. She then looks down to the two boys, thoughtful. Randal nods, looking around. He heads off to gather people. Helen does, after a time, note to Michelle, "I would be honored permission to name the first Micheal, after your own birth-title, Michelle." And then smiles thoughtfully. "And the other I name Julian." Michelle grins at Helen. "You're going to be producing milk like no tomorrow. I suggest you get a really good nursing bra." Michelle blinks. "I am honored by the asking, and more to grant it, Rhya." Chin goes up. Helen snorts gently. "Michelle, LOOK at this body. It's solid enough." The woman likely would hae trouble finding a bra to fit her. You say, "Have you ever been engorged?" Helen shakes her head slowly, looking vaguely worried. "No... " You say, "You want a bra. To soak up the leaking milk." Helen aaahs. "Oh. Women leak?" She does look rather worried about that one. " This is starting to get very complicated." Not for baby Julian and Mikey. They're happier than clams to just eat. And eat. And eat. Randal walks back in, "Few around, Yuf." You say, "You leak. Especially when it's been about two hours since they ate. Or when you hear them cry. Or any baby cry." Helen wiggles her jaw slightly, standing, and stalking on wobbly legs for the fire, shifting as she goes, noting to Michelle, "Very confusing..." Looking at Randal, she asks, "Yuf, is it possible to allow the Kin to understand our tongue?" Glabro ho. Randal nods slightly, "I can translate with mind speech.." Helen ponders, the notes, "I wll wait for rhonda before Baptising my cubs." Weary, she sinks down beside the fire, propping her back against a tree. "Someone should fetch me some clothes? Michelle, will you see to getting one of these bras? Thirty-eight cee." Helen adds, "Normally... Odin and Freja know what the size is by NOW..." Randal nods, "Am I needed for anything?" Helen looks up to Randal and offers, "If you wish to go, yuf, then say so." A faint hint of annoyance crosses her brow. You say, "I'll get you two. One to wash, one to wear." Randal nods, and draws his sword. A look into its depths, and he's across the gauntlet. Randal disappears into the Umbra. Helen grumbles, nodding to Michelle as randal slips sideways, "I WISH he wouldn't be such a whiner all of the time and so damned melancholic. Selfish prick. I can say these things, for Rank." A cunning little grin creases her wearied face. "I'll speak them again for you if you'd like?" Michelle chuckles and looks innocent. "We Kin don't think those things. Just in case." Astera arrives from the north. Michelle smiles at the twin blonde boys. "They must have kept you up ALL night.." Astera walks tenatively back, crackling in the forest without a lot of stealth. She looks around carefully to see what is going on. Helen snorts, jostling her two sons a bit, warming in blanket and fireas wel as mother's own body heat, noting to Michelle, "They ARE a pain. I'm hoping their Den Mother hasn't too much to handle. Twins are rare in my family. As well as within the Tribe, it's considered a very, very good omen." Astera watches for a bit. Helen sniffs, looking up at Astera and asking, "You're the cub I hear so much of, then?" When Baby One starts to fidget, finished with his meal, she holds him, one armed, out to Michelle, "Want to hold him?" Astera blinks and steps slowly out into the clearing. She nods. Michelle nods. "Come here, Michael." She takes the cubling with a mother's ease. Astera is looking thin - like she hasnt eaten much of late - and rather unhealthy. She is on the dirtier side again, having been forbidden to use soap. And...she looks tired. The dark circles under her eyes are very clear. Astera looks at the two of you nervously. Then she says, after a moment. "Two more girls." Michelle smiles to the teenager, cradling Michael. "I am Michelle Bonmot, I don't think we've met?" Helen asks Astera, cradling her remaining child, "Who was it forbid you the use of soap, and why?" Quiet a moment, the -HUGE- woman notes, "And you do know who I am, I presume?" After Michelle makes her introductions. Quiet, Helen's tone, rather sudbued. Astera smiles a bit at Michelle and looks at Helen. "Um...Randal did." she says. "Jessica was even getting me the biodegradable kind and he had a cow." Astera says, "And...are you the..." she pauses and thinks. "The first of the Ahrouns?"" Helen snorts, noting gently (!!!???), "I am the Queen Shit of this Turd Hill, behind the Alpha, who is of my Tribe. I in turn command you use soap, and stay clean, as befits a Garou. If Randal argues, send his mangy little whining hide to me. I'll deal with it. Understand?" Nodding, she notes, "Helen Moss. I'd make a formal introduction, but I'ma little tired." Astera blinks. "Okay...." she says slowly. "I will see if I can get Jessica to get me some more, then." Michelle chuckles softly. To the baby, who's trying to focus his eyes. Really. Helen nods, motioning the girl to her side, looking up at Michelle and asking, "Could we see about getting her some clothing which fits, please, and returning Brughe's jacket to him?" Helen? Use the word 'please?' Astera is still standing maybe 20 feet away, looking awkward. She looks between the two of you, uncertainly. Clean clothing? Soap? You say, "Sure thing, Rhya. And maybe some shoes, and a hairbrush?" Astera's eyes widen. It seems amazing that Ms. Aristocrat could be reduced to being amazed that she might get real cloths and soap. Soap! But she is. Her eyes flicker between the two of you, back and forth. Helen smiles slowly, waving Astera over anew, noting, "Hairbrush. LOok in my den, and there's some cash, as well. Get Emmi in on this. Get her some clothes, whatever she chooses, and toiletries. And biodegradable soap, if it's wished. Garou or not, she's stilla woman, and still a homid. I will not ask anyone to denytheir birth or their bredd." You say, "She'll learn better if she doesn't fear it, perhaps...am I right, cub-Rhya?" Astera comes over slowly. "Rhya?" she asks. Oh, she doesnt use that word often. "Can I get some...bread or some normal food, too? " Helen nods thoughtfully, to both Michelle and Astera, "Of course. Have Brughe bring in food from MacDonald's, please? Human food." She then smiles to Astera, noting, "We'll teach you to cook venison on a fire later." You say, "Soon as Val gets back with the car, Rhya." Astera wrinkles her nose. "The meat....makes me sick." Helen notes, "It's natural, Astera. It takes time to get used to. For now, will you take a bath with me, then, int he river?" She looks to Michelle, asking, "If you'd not mind coming along?" Randal comes in out of the fog-shroud. Helen rises, with a bit of effort, obviously still a bit woozy. You say, "I'll hold the infants. Give me Julian." Randal walks back in, looking, and feeling a little better. Astera watches, uncertainly. Helen hands off her second child to Michelle, grabbing Astera gently by the hand. "Come on. Time to get clean and show off that breeding of yours." Huh wha? Astera smiles a bit at Helen. "Do you have soap?" Randal rolls his eyes. More polluting of teh caern. But he doesn;t say a word. Helen nods, grinning, nodding to randal as she passes by, shirking her blanket and sauntering about nude, "Scads of it..." Randal mutters, "Keep the stream clean this time, at least." Astera just sort of stumbles along - tired enough that her feet find every twig to trip over. Helen mutters right back, "Shut up, randal. There's nod amned reason the girl can't be clean and well fed. If anyone argues, including you, they deal with me about it. Understood? And I 'll thank you to please speak normally, not muttering like a child with his ego stomped." And withthat, the big amazon leads herlittle entourage towards water. Helen disappears into the fog towards the east. Astera disappears into the fog towards the east. Michelle is just holding the babies. You head east. Ravine(#8575RALU) A small yet deep gouge into the earth, carved by perhaps a passing glacier and uncounted years of running water, meanders past. Animal trails leading down into it are numerous, through the thick brush and trees. A large stand of alder, tall thin and pale, stand like gaunt sentinels down to the bottom of the ravine and then up the other side. The sides are steep, discouraging the meeting of large groups. It is chilly (9.5 degrees Celcius), and clear skies. There is a faint breeze blowing from the north. Contents: Astera Helen Obvious exits: Astera asks, softly, "Does...does it always hurt like that?" Michelle looks at the young girl...Val's tribemate? "Does what?" Astera bites her lip. "Giving birth." You say, "Oh. It hurts, but that was rather dramatic." She smiles at Helen. "Mine was slower, not so intense." Helen asks as well, "Does what hurt? Birth? Very much." Her eyes go to her children as she wades waist-deep into the water, "But they're worth it, I find." Julian makes a soft squeak. Astera hasnt undressed yet and is still standing on the side. "I dont want to do that." she says. Valentine arrives from the west. Astera is standing on the bank. She hasnt undressed yet. She is watching Helen in the water. Valentine walks in, looking around Helen looks back to Astera, noting, "Do you want the truth of the matter, which is going to be harsh, or would you prefer I placate your sensibilities and coddle you with pointless coddling, Astera?" She produces a bar of soap, yes, and begins scrubbing with a small sponge. Astera bites her lip and looks at Helen, listening. Valentine glances from Helen to the cub, and leans against the wall.. "Oh.. this." Michelle grins up at Val from where she sits, holding the twins. Astera blinks when she hears Val. She looks at him. Okay...someone isnt getting undressed now. She stands on the bank and waits for Helen's comments Helen waves Astera towards her, looking over with a tightly-smiling nod to Val, her mood apparently easy, but careful. "Bathe, child. Breeding such deserves to be clean and unsullied." Shaking her head, she notes, "I imagine, too, that you won't be giving birth unless Gaia smiles upon your child. The first Change will likely be too much shock to the system." Helen announces, "Valentine, turn around, please. Crack your eyes and I rip them out." So nonchalant, the woman. Valentine sighs.. "It's not like I haven't seen a naked person before." Valentine turns around as asked though Astera ohs at Helen's first comment, with a definite look of relief on her face. That is good. She doesnt make a move until Val has turned and then she pulls off her cloths and jumps in the water. "Its COLD!" Valentine says, "I mean, Michelle and I did have a child.. I know something about how this works.." Astera keeps her back to Val and her butt under the water level. Valentine says, "Should I just go?" Helen shakes her head, laughing as she notes, "Valentine. YOung women are not the sort who like being looked at by men, family or not, furry or not, eh?" She hands the bar of bubbly soap and a loofah over to Astea, dunking underwater a moment. Astera takes the soap and the loofta and grins. Okay...cold water or not... this is cool. She starts scrubbing ferociously - starting with the arms, the fingernails with caked dirt and blood, the scratches and cuts on them - scrubbing until they bleed again, etc. Valentine says, "Ah, I must say I was surprised that you would birth in front of men, Helen. Then again, you birthed males, so I guess it matters not." Valentine notes there is a hint of jest in his voice.. Soap, soap, soap. Scrub, scrub, scrub. Arms, legs. Well...loofta is too rough for her face but she dunks her head and starts working soap into her hair. Helen watches Astera bathe, noting with a bit of jest of her own, rolling her eyes at Valentine, "Get behind your ears, too.." Dingo comes out of the tunnel entrance located halfway down the ravine wall. Astera is in the stream with Helen, scrubbing gleefully away with a bar of natural saop and a loofta Michelle is just listening. Helen bathes in the river with Astera, using lye and fat for soap, it would seem, as Michelle handles two very newborn, very large and white- haired baby boys. Valentine has his back urend from the women, giving them privacy Astera scrubs her hair, visciously, dunking her head and rinsing more than once to get rid of the damn lice. Its going to take a week to work the tangles out of it... but... Helen washes herself, her children apparently having ben cleaned earlier. Noting Dingo,s he smiles broadly and calls, "Good evening, yuf. This one's cubs were born strong and male. It would honor the first claw if you would assist intheir Baptism." Dingo makes whurfs and growling noises. Astera is too busy scrubbing to hear. Emmi arrives from the west. Valentine continues to stare at the wall/ Randal arrives from the west. Emmi wanders in and stops, blinking at the gathering. Astera is in the water with Helen, ferocisouly scrubbing her hair with Helen's lye and fat soap. Valentine faces the wall, whistling, hand in his pockets Helen bathes, noting her two cubs to Emmi witha hint of pride and nodding to the Dingo before replying, "Get baptisms may seem odd, as well. It is a chance to learn, yuf, and yes, this one would be honored." She looks weary, tired, and a bit worn, but hey. Emmi nods respectfully to Gekko and then Helen, "Rhyas..." as she glances to the cubs with a smile to Helen. Randal walks in quietly, face carefully schooled. Astera has her back turned, so the guys cant see her. Michelle is sitting, holding two newborn homid cubs. Helen gives their names, apparently, pointing at the children in Michelle's arms, "Micheal Odinsruud, and Julian Thorbjorn." Emmi says, "nice bairns, Helen...indeed."" Helen smiles as she emerges from the water, taking her children for yet even more nursing, noting, "I need to rest an hour or two. Yuf--" She looks at Dingo. "I would speak with yu later regarding Astera, please." Dingo makes whurfs and growling noises. Helen smiles and says to Emmi, "Thank you. They're quite lovely, I think, as well." Dingo looks at the cubs. Emmi nods again to Helen, "Aye....aren't all wee ones?" Michelle says softly "Rhyas," in greeting. Helen pauses, then tosses her head back and calls to Astera, "You sleep in my cave until further notice, please. If randal gives you any more shit, tell Emmi here or Brughe, in her absence. If all else fails, you stay with Gekko-yuf." The dingo. And with that, she heads out. Emmi smiles over to Michelle, "Mornin', lass.." Randal shakes his head, Dingo disappears into the Umbra. Astera has her head up, inspecting the end of a strand to see if it is clean...and she hears the voices. She turns and looks...and then pales when she sees all the guys. She makes a strangled scream and dives for somewhere where she cant be seen. Emmi casts a sideways glance over to Randal with an arched brow. Emmi says, "Here now, lass...doncha ya be afraid...no one here be hurtin' ya none....ya're safe.."" Randal looks to Emmi, "If Astera has Problems, She can take them directly to me. Either you, nor Brughe have athority. Astera here, decided to use some of the soap from teh scab, and bathe in the stream, thus polluting it, and Helen seems to be on a 'save the females kick'. She can deal directly with me." Astera heads up stream, to an alcove where she is out of sight. Her cloths, of course, are still in a pile where she left them. Emmi shrugs. "Makes me no nevermind...rhya.."and then smiles a bit. Randal growls, "To be honest, I'm tired of this fucking crap." Valentine sighs and rolls his eyes, not that anyone can see since he still faces the wall Valentine says, "That makes two of us, rhya. But I am sure the crap you are tired of is differnt than the crap I am tired of." Emmichuckles. "Aye well...welcome ta management, Randal.." Emmi tilts her head a bit sideways and then arches a brow. "I'll be back shortly...I think I her me mare aboot.." Astera makes her way down the side of the ravine to the tunnel entrance. Randal snorts to Emmi, "yeah. I know. Val can;t keep his mouth shut, We have people allowing the cub to pollute the caern, and here I am getting the short end. If people have problems, they can damn well properly challenge over it." Emmi heads west. Michelle just keeps quiet. She's only kin. Valentine growls and turns to Randal.. "Oh, and punching me in the gut for saying somethihg I was away is off limits is realy productive, Rhya *he almost spits the word* Emmi arrives from the west. Randal looks to Val, "YOU will keep your bloody mouth shut to Astera about her family, Got it? I'm tired of taking crap, Cliath." Emmi shakes her head a bit and resumes her stance. "Cubs are such because they are bound ta make mistakes..tolerance is a key sometaymes, rhya...wha' she did was not unforgivable..it will soon be cleaned... and then arches a brow and frowns a bit at Randal's intensity. Randal nods to Emmi, "I am well aware of that." Emmi says, "Good enough then.."" Valentine growls and opens his mouth to speak, but he glances towards Michelle..and decides better of it. but then says something else.. "You know, Rhya, if you treated people with a little more respect, and curtisy instead of thinking you rule the fucking world, then maybe you would get a little more respect as your rank should allow. But acting like a spioled child, whose mother gave him too much attention when he was a boy, and then when he got out of the roost to find people don't bow to him...it gets real fucking thin. Emmi smirks a bit behind her hand and shakes her head as she steps away. Dingo arrives from the west. Michelle just....sighs. Randal is a blur as he shifts to crinos, moving with blinding speed after Val. Dingo enters in time to see this and.... does nothing. Astera comes out of the tunnel entrance located halfway down the ravine wall. Emmi folds her arms across her chest shrugs over to Gekko and makes sure she is well away from the two. Emmi glances over to the cub and then to Michelle before turning her attention back to the others. Astera is hidden behind a bush. Michelle holds the cubs to her, not watching. She will NOT watch her mate get throated....not.... Valentine is suddenly and as far as you can tell completely surprised as all of a sudden he levitates into the air, well out of Randal's reach and into the brach of a tall tree.. Walks-Thru-Fire halts his forward momentum. Breathing heavily. He eyes the foolish Ragabash. He growls faintly. Emmi wwaqtches in amused curiosity as Valentine rises. "Fook...tha's gran'..." Astera's widen and the bush she is hiding behind shakes. Dingo makes whurfs and growling noises. Michelle doesn't hear screams, but still doesn't look. Valentine moves quickly behind the braches in the tree, getting out of sight as best he can *Blurr of the milky eye* Dingo says, "If you wish to fight him, do so in a sanctioned duel, I shouldn't have to remind the master of the challenge about that. Any dishonorable actions taken against a no-moon for being a no-moon is sure to upset others of the same." in Lupus." Popcorn arrives from the west. Walks-Thru-Fire snorts, ~Battle? I was going to teach the CLiath respect. I had no plans to injure anything, save his pride.~ Astera's clothes are in a pile by the stream but she is no where to be seen. there is, however, a shaking bush Emmi c asts a quick glance over to Mickey and then satisfied, she turns back to the guys.. Michelle is sitting down, not looking at anyone but the twin towheaded homid newborns she holds. Popcorn pads along, sniffing, surprised by the scents he's picking up, slowing down. Dingo says ~You heard me.~ in Lupus, and then sits down, concerned with other matters. Emmi mutters something about boys as she shakes her head.. Walks-Thru-Fire growls in the direction Val was, though he keeps his breed shape. Popcorn sniffs along, towards the twins, stopping for a moment. Valentine keeps his hiding place..not saying a word.. The bush stops shaking. Walks-Thru-Fire finds a spot to sit down. He scratches his forhead with his claws. Popcorn says something in a language you don't understand. Dingo heads west. Emmi leans against a section of the ravine. Walks-Thru-Fire grimoces, rubbing the base of his horn. Michelle looks at the wolf-dog uncomprehendingly, holding twins that smell so strongly of the First Claw it's silly. And milk, too, for that matter. Emmi clears her throat, nods to Randal and then to everyone else, "Mornin' ta ya all..if iss all the fookin' same ta ennyone, I'm goin' home..got business ta take care off," She glances up toi where Val is hiding and laughs, "Yew too, Val.." Walks-Thru-Fire glances to Emmi, nods, ~Whatever.~ Emmi chuckles at Randal and nods. "Now then....wouldn't I be expectin' ta here tha same from yew, rhya..." Emmi turns and slips out of the ravine. Walks-Thru-Fire raises a brow to Emmi. Emmi heads west. Astera doesnt come out, still, though she is probably freezing. Popcorn sniffs a few times, notcing the scent of clothing. He looks around, ears perked, trying to follow a scent trail washed away by water. Walks-Thru-Fire looks towards Astera, and grunts, "Get dressed." Popcorn sniffs once or twice... then stops dead, picking up a certain scent, and growling softly. Astera ignores Randal and stays hidden. Valentine stays hidden as well. Popcorn's growl fades away as he sniffs a few more times. An amused whuffle escapes him, and he pads over to the pile of clothes, grabbing them in his jaws, then padding over to the bush she's hiding in, following the scent of soap. The clothing, of course, are all still dirty. Astera whispers, "Thanks Mickey..." when the clothing arrives. She gives the lupus ears a gentle scratch. Walks-Thru-Fire just remains sitting, a giant ball of fur. Popcorn whuffs once, leaning into the scritch, then heads out of the bushes. Michelle rises. "Rhyas, I take these cubs to their mother." Astera grins at Popcorn and pulls her cloths on, quickly. She says something softly to him Astera whispers to Popcorn. You leave.
